Technological modeling service of a plastic processing company to determine the dynamics of wastewater decomposition.
During the technological simulation, samples of production wastewater after DAF flotation, provided by the company, were studied. To determine the degradation dynamics, several dilution ratios of wastewater were used in parallel degradation studies in model reactors under selected conditions.
Samples from the reactors were taken and analyzed at the frequency determined during the degradation kinetics study to determine the rate and efficiency of pollutant removal. From the obtained results, it was possible to determine the optimal residence time of the wastewater in the reactor and the dimensions of the reaction chambers. The results obtained from data triplicates are statistically reliable and can provide more accurate predictions and recommendations for selecting appropriate treatment plants of real scale.
