Design and construction project for the reconstruction of industrial wastewater treatment facilities contaminated with petroleum products (in progress)

The customer carries out cleaning activities of soil, sludge, and water contaminated with petroleum products: the brought sludge, water, or oil waste contaminated with petroleum products is poured into the reservoirs of sludge and water treatment facilities. Next, the water from the reservoirs with the remains of oil pollutants is discharged into the buffer reservoirs.

Part of the water from the wastewater storage tank is used in the technological process of soil cleaning – soil irrigation.

Excess water is additionally cleaned with currently used special filters.

The current sewage treatment plant of the customer is not effective in meeting the required environmental standards for discharging technological and surface wastewater into the natural environment. In order to comply with these standards, a preliminary treatment process along with biological treatment facilities will be planned and constructed.
