EMPLOYEE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Problems solved during the project – Activities carried out by the company: design and construction works of engineering networks (pipelines, pumping stations, etc.), industrial drinking water preparation systems and high-performance sewage treatment plants. The company also develops and practically implements innovative quaternary wastewater treatment plants that do not exist on the market (e.g. advanced oxidation, filtration with biologically active carbon, etc.) for the modernization of existing traditional treatment plants in accordance with the new strict EU directives in order to remove nitrogen, phosphorus and priority hazardous pollutants .

Since the activities carried out by the company are very specific, there is a shortage of highly qualified specialists who are needed to design engineering networks and treatment plants, process modeling, installation and start-up/adjustment of treatment plants.

Trainings are planned to raise the qualifications of the company’s employees, which meet the priorities of scientific research and experimental development and innovation (intelligent specialization).

The purpose of the project is to provide employees with specific knowledge and improve the skills needed to perform the design, technological, and
calculation, selection, construction-commissioning coordination works, additionally ensuring cyber security of the infrastructure.
